These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jualtoto platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use Jualtoto. We conduct identity verification checks and reserve the right to close any account found to belong to an underage individual.
Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances or bonus winnings may be forfeited without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering thresholds, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits, and bonus expiry windows are specified per promotion.
All transactions on Jualtoto are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and all major Malaysian banks.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Jualtoto will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to credential sharing.
Jualtoto provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Players exhibiting signs of problem gambling may have restrictions applied to their accounts in accordance with our responsible gambling policy.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Jualtoto ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sportsbook and live casino platform accessible at https://jualtoto.asia ("the Platform").

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials, access your account from shared devices without logging out, or permit any third party to place bets on your behalf. Jualtoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User failed to maintain adequate credential security.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Jualtoto Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
The Jualtoto Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming entertainment. You agree to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Jualtoto account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. Jualtoto has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with anti-money laundering regulations.
The Platform must not be used to engage in any form of arbitrage betting, match-fixing, insider information trading, or coordinated betting syndicate activity. Jualtoto employs risk management systems to detect irregular betting patterns and reserves the right to void wagers or close accounts where such activity is identified.
All deposits on the Jualtoto Platform are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa/Mastercard, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20.
The standard minimum deposit is RM 30 for e-wallet and card channels. FPX bank transfer minimum is RM 100. Specific promotions may impose higher minimum deposit thresholds, which will be disclosed in the promotion's terms.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your account instantly. FPX and bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits require blockchain confirmation and are typically credited within 15–30 minutes. Jualtoto is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or bank system outages.
All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in MYR. No currency conversion is applied. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Jualtoto does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, persons, or payment instruments not associated with the verified account holder.
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed in under 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers are processed within 15–60 minutes. All processing times are subject to the completion of any pending KYC or security checks.
The standard minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Any withdrawal request below this threshold will be declined. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts; however, large withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time and enhanced verification.
Jualtoto requires that any deposited funds have been used for at least one wagering cycle before a withdrawal is processed. This requirement does not apply to pure real-money deposits where no bonus has been claimed. Requests to withdraw funds that have not been subjected to any wagering activity may be declined or subject to a processing fee.
Jualtoto offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms which supplement and form part of these General Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. As a general guide, standard welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 10x and 35x the bonus amount.
While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM 25 unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the requirement. Table games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. The applicable contribution rates for each promotion will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements fulfilled within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard validity windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
Jualtoto reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus has been claimed with the intent to defraud the Platform, or that low-risk staking strategies (such as covering both sides of a bet or exploiting arbitrage opportunities) have been employed during bonus wagering. Accounts found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be suspended.
All bets placed on Jualtoto are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, league, or game. In the event of a dispute between a User and Jualtoto regarding the outcome of a bet, Jualtoto's determination shall be final subject to the resolution process outlined below.
Jualtoto reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until an official bet receipt or confirmation has been issued by the Platform. Where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded, Jualtoto reserves the right to void the bet regardless of the outcome.
In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), Jualtoto reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. A palpable error includes but is not limited to odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price due to a technical or human error.
Jualtoto imposes maximum payout limits per event and per settlement period. These limits vary by sport and market type. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout cap will be capped at the stated limit. Maximum payout information is available on the relevant sports betting pages of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jualtoto Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:
Jualtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Upon account closure for breach of Terms, Jualtoto may withhold or forfeit any outstanding balance subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Where an account is closed by Jualtoto without cause attributable to the User, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their original payment method within a reasonable period.
Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting the Jualtoto support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal checks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jualtoto, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Jualtoto's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jualtoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their devices are adequately protected.
Jualtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools and resources to help our Members maintain control over their gambling activity. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
Any Member who believes they may have a problem with gambling is encouraged to make use of our self-exclusion facility, which can be activated by contacting our support team. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period. Members on self-exclusion will be prevented from depositing, betting, or accessing promotional offers during the exclusion period.

However, no internet transmission is completely secure and Jualtoto cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
Jualtoto reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material in nature, Jualtoto will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered to the account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Jualtoto Platform shall first be referred to the Jualtoto customer support team for resolution. Jualtoto will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 28 days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before commencing any formal legal proceedings.
